Your role :

As a Global HRBP,  you are overlooking talent, organizational development, culture and global standardization. You contribute to our HR strategy based on the needs you detect within the function and you make sure our vision and strategy gets implemented and adopted on a global scale respecting the local identity and framework.

You will work closely together with our Executive Management member and are part of the Functional Leadership Team. You will deliver short and long term results together with key stakeholders and in partnership with great HR teams in the different regions as well as in our global Centers of Excellence. You will report to the Head of HR.

You make sure the team gets advice and support on all global strategic HR related decisions and activities to enable them to reach their targeted outcomes. You act as a strategic sparring partner on the integration of HR related processes into business processes.

You develop HR plans/policies for the assigned function and contribute to policy development based on a deep understanding of the business challenges, our HR vision and your expertise. You ensure strategic and operational initiatives are implemented globally  in collaboration with the regional and local teams. You lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, you advocate design of customized solutions where and when needed.

You will focus on employee experience and engagement, making sure we contribute to our overall performance and retain our best talent.

You will engage in talent management and strategic workforce planning. You will promote diversity and inclusion in talent processes, strengthening the succession pipeline. 

Your Profile

  • You are able to develop a People vision and strategy, distilling trends and opportunities for improvement

  • You have business acumen and you are organizational savvy

  • You hold a master degree or equivalent in human sciences, business management or a related field

  • You have a plus 10 years of experience in a managerial People role in a global manufacturing/logistics/technically oriented environment

  • You are a pragmatic problem solver with strong people & change management skills

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
