Job Title - VOC Advisor

Survey programming and execution

• Responsible for programming surveys using tools like Forsta.

• Ensure surveys are user-friendly, branded correctly, and effective for data collection.

• Implement rigorous testing to guarantee accuracy in survey designs

Data collection management

• Manage the end-to-end data collection process for surveys.

• Monitor and test surveys to ensure data quality and integrity.

Translation and data input coordination

• Coordinate with the translations team to ensure survey questions are translated into multiple

languages.

• Manage customer data filtering and formatting for integration into data collection systems,

ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Dashboard setup and reporting support

• Set up dashboards (in Forsta Studio) for real-time customer feedback monitoring.

• Assist users in accessing the dashboards and the data.

• Support the improvement of existing reporting tools to increase data accessibility and usability.

Data validation and quality control

• Validate and check the quality of reports and data to ensure they meet the required standards.

• Ensure the data is accurate and ready for use in decision-making processes.

Basic data analysis of customer data from surveys

Clear communication and documentation

KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data management, Market Research, Statistics or IT).

• Knowledge of data validation, quality control processes, and basic data analysis techniques.

• Basic proficiency in Excel, including skills in data cleaning, creating pivot tables, and making charts/graphs.

• Familiarity with customer feedback systems, real-time dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Experience coordinating data input tasks is a plus.

• Experience in data collection, survey programming, and management tools like Forsta (or similar survey software) is a plus.

• Fluency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
