Your role and responsibilities
You advice and support our customers in South-Africa.
You process customer inquiries, make price offers and you process orders.
You assist customers in case of complaints or returns.
You are in close collaboration with the team in the headquarters in Belgium.
You are the point of contact for the field service colleagues.
You collect market information to optimally position TVH products on the local market and you participate in the implementation of agreed strategies and goals.
How to succeed / Your profile
You have at least about 3 years experience in a customer service or internal sales position.
You are customer oriented and service minded.
You have a good knowledge of MS office.
You are able to work in an independent and structured way.
