Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Segment Marketing Specialist to drive targeted marketing efforts and create impactful content tailored to specific customer segments. This role bridges the strategies of the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Segment Marketing and New Customer Acquisition with regional execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives resonate with customers and guide them through the full "lead-to-loyal" journey. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to develop campaigns that generate leads, drive conversions, and support customer retention.

  • Translate CoE strategies into actionable plans for specific customer segments. Ensure alignment with CoE objectives while supporting regional goals.

  • Create compelling content and marketing campaigns that address every stage of the customer journey, from acquisition to loyalty. Adapt Content for Regional Relevance. Collaborate with marketing teams to customize content and campaigns for local markets.

  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversions.

  • Act as the key point of contact between the CoE, marketing teams, and customer acquisition efforts. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams. You report to the Marketing lead, but have a dotted line towards your CoE leads.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in targeted digital marketing, with deep expertise in customer segmentation and audience analysis.

  • Proven track record of leveraging advanced marketing automation tools for precise segment building and campaign execution.

  • Extensive experience developing content and executing campaigns tailored for specific segments, particularly within multi-channel digital ecosystems.

  • Strong analytical acumen with a history of driving performance optimization and ROI through data-driven insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different teams, ensuring seamless adaptation of central strategies to local markets.

  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage dotted-line relationships and influence without direct authority.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with e-commerce, marketing, and commercial teams.

What's in it for you

  • A competitive salary with benefits such as meal vouchers and insurances.

  • Flexible working hours, home working and a healthy work-life balance.

  • 20 paid vacation days and 12 WTR days.

  • An easily accessible work location (but remote work is also possible).

  • A people-centric culture where your fitness and mental well-being matter.

  • Lunch breaks and sports facilities in TVH Park, the company's green zone.

  • Access to LinkedIn Learning and many in-house (and external) training courses.

  • Fun after works and other optional events (e.g. TVH Kaffee).
