We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Brand Lead to oversee the strategy, development, implementation and evolution of our house brands. This key leadership role ensures alignment with corporate objectives, enhances brand recognition globally, and strengthens our positioning across markets. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, creative leadership, and hands-on management expertise to drive impactful brand initiatives. You will report directly to the Customer & Brand Experience Director.

Your role and responsibilities 

  • Brand Portfolio Strategy: Lead the company’s house brands strategy & implementation. Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and resonance with target audiences across global markets.
     

  • Brand Positioning & Guidelines: Translate the house brands value proposition into brand positioning and messaging. Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive brand identity guidelines for consistency across corporate materials and digital platforms.
     

  • Brand Content Strategy & Creation: Design and manage master content assets for a selective number of housebrands to activate.  Deliver content to marketing to drive brand reputation through impactful campaigns targeting key industries.
     

  • Creative Oversight: Manage the creative direction of branding deliverables, including strategy, visual, and verbal identity. Oversee branded marketing and communication content across digital, print, and multimedia channels to ensure quality and alignment with guidelines.
     

  • Global Brand Governance: Establish and monitor brand governance processes to ensure consistent application across regions. Collaborate with international teams to adapt messaging and visuals for local markets while maintaining global brand coherence.
     

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration, internal and external: Partner with Corporate Communications, Category Managers, Marketing, Sales, and creative agencies to ensure unified brand identity and messaging across all communications.
     

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the Brand Project Coordinator, providing direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
     

  •  Performance Management: Track and analyze the effectiveness of house branding initiatives using metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and perception.
     

  •  Provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand strategy and content strategy.

  • Senior level of cross-departmental stakeholder management.

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business strategy.

  • Ability to translate business complexity into a simple vision & recommendations

  • Advanced skills in communication and campaign management.

  • Proven ability to act as a change agent within the organization.

  • Proven experience in leading brand strategy and portfolio management roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data for decision-making.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
