Job Title: Data Scientist

Profile:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data science or a similar role.
Proficiency in building and deploying machine learning models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation.
Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Experience with GCP services, particularly BigQuery, Dataflow, Vertex AI, and Cloud Storage.
Experience developing Generative AI solutions is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment
Interest in customer-oriented data science like churn prediction, lead scoring, and recommended systems.
Tasks:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve business problems.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies and continuously improve our data science practices.
Initial Task List at TVH:
Optimize the churn project and enhance model performance.
Expand the lead scoring system to include additional regions and different types of leads, improving performance and incorporating new functionalities.
Be available to take on incoming machine learning requests as needed.
