1. The Technical Data Editor will be responsible for modifying raw data into the company’s computer systems. This includes but is not limited to identifying fast moving items, renaming items with a “common” description, adding identifiers such as serial ranges and engine make, adding identifiers to descriptions that are vague or incomplete.
2. Responsible for transforming technical data out of all kinds of data source in a specific way so the data can be used in TVH system.
3. Maintain and enter raw data into the company’s computer systems
4. Identifying part numbers with model and serial numbers and Identifying fast-moving items. Rename items with a “common” description. Add additional identifiers such as serial number ranges and engine make. Add identifiers to descriptions that are vague or incomplete
5. Develop expertise and knowledge of specific manufacturers and/or equipment types
6. Update and maintain the knowledge and technical skills in the field of products and brands and the IT system in order to maximize their own skills and to apply them optimally within the organization.
