As an Inventory Planner, you are responsible for order follow-up and stock management of various parts within TVH in Hermalle. You are responsible for the operational side of the purchasing department: you order machine parts from suppliers, follow up orders and ensure that there is always sufficient stock in the warehouses.
Your role and responsibilities
You order machine parts from our suppliers. In doing so, you strive for optimal stock levels, taking into account part rotation.
You follow up on current orders and determine actions for the suppliers to keep the stock level optimal.
You discuss any problems with the purchaser and look for solutions together.
You work closely with TVH’s sales department and provide them with information on the price and expected delivery time of the parts so that they can assist customers with their queries.
Your profile
You have a bachelor’s level of thinking and already a first work experience.
You have a good knowledge of French and English, knowledge of Turkish and other languages are a plus.
You have very strong reasoning skills. Before making a decision, you take several factors into account and interpret them with the necessary insight.
You have strong administrative skills and are an accurate worker.
You have great PC skills. Knowledge of Excel is an asset.
You are communicatively very strong, sufficiently assertive and stress-resistant.
You are a real team player.
You are resolution problem oriented. You are not afraid to get in touch with your suppliers to solve problems.
