Global Product and Procurement Manager
Full-time | P&P | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Global Product and Procurement Manager to lead our P&P team. This role focuses on driving global strategies, team development, and supply chain excellence across our organization.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor product advisers, developers, and purchasers, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
Category & Spend Oversight: Oversee significant annual spend, manage global suppliers, and ensure risk management and margin creation for product categories.
KPI & Performance Management: Monitor and analyze KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
Strategy & Implementation: Advise P&P Directors on strategic initiatives and implement them effectively within the team.
Global Collaboration: Work with international colleagues to align processes and drive continuous improvement.
Technical Expertise: Ensure the team maintains strong product and procurement knowledge.
