As Team Leader Internal Sales, you will manage the team that is the customer's first point of contact for all questions and requests, delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Coaching, motivating and developing the employees in order to develop and make optimal use of their competencies, skills and knowledge and to operate as a well-functioning team.

  • Guiding, supporting and following up the Internal Sales team during the execution of their assignment, in order to achieve the set team objectives.

  • Responsibility for the creation of qualitative reports, in order to be able to guarantee a good follow-up of the customer contacts.

  • Updating and maintaining product knowledge of the different divisions within TVH, in order to optimize the service towards the customers.

  • Proactively looking for opportunities of sales improvement, working with sales targets.

  • Setting up KPI’s for the team and follow up during quarterly 1-2-1 meetings.

  • Cooperation with other departments to improve our internal processes and customer service.

Your profile:

  • An experienced people manager.

  • Be able to deal with employees sociably and guide them in an appropriate way.

  • Organisational and planning skills.

  • Stress-resistant and flexible attitude.

  • Have an eye for quality, order and cleanliness.

  • Sense of responsibility and initiative.

  • Be able to handle changing environments.

  • Strong customer mindset, experience in a customer service or internal sales environment is a strong plus.

  • Fluent English (min B2, preferable C1).

  • Availability on site in Myślenice.

  • Readiness for business trips.
