Sr Customer Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Global Mapping – Lead sourcing for a particular segment and a particular region and provide the new customer list to the sales and business development teams
  • Global CRM checking: Checking the existence of lead in CRM database
  • Global Code Creation: To create customer code for all NEW mapped leads.in LINK or SALESFORCE
  • Global Database Enrichment & Cleaning database projects: Enriching the data in CRM for missing/wrong information
  • Qualification Actions / prospection: To qualify the customer/supplier as a prospect for TVH
  • Analysis Reports – Global support - To prepare Analysis reports according to stakeholder’s requirement
  • Other administrative tasks/projects in support of TVH Group like o Activities • Salesforce merging, lead generation and lead creation • Sales action projects • Business development supportive projects • Desk Research and other new projects/tasks

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree.
  • Equivalent Certificate / Degree is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

Number of years in the field: 5-6 years in Sales Services tasks / Data related Projects.

KNOWLEDGE

● Standard computer skills (MS Office)

● Salesforce Skills

SKILLS

✦ Languages Speaking / Writing communication skills English : Must be too Good. Able to communicate fluently with all colleagues ( domestic and global)

✦ Presentation skills PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES

✦ Independent & systematic way of project execution.

✦ To follow the project instructions exactly.

✦ Supporting the other team members in project execution.

✦ Supporting the new team members in the process flow of the projects.

✦ To achieve BSC targets.

✦ Sharing the knowledge within the team
