A major survey shows that parts specialist TVH in Waregem is in the top 20 of most attractive employers in Belgium. In the Randstad Employer Brand Research 2023, TVH even ranked as the third most attractive employer in Belgium in the category ‘work atmosphere’.
Every year, human resources specialist Randstad conducts research into the most attractive employers in Belgium. 12 000 respondents rated the company on various criteria. TVH made the list mainly thanks to the great atmosphere in the workplace. "Something we can totally relate to", says Peter Geiregat, Chief People Officer, "because we put a lot of effort into the well-being and personal development of our employees. We regularly survey the engagement of our employees and have a people-centric culture, based on our strong values."

ABOUT THE RANDSTAD EMPLOYER BRAND RESEARCH
The Randstad Employer Brand Research has become a fixed value on the labour market. The research focuses on the employer image of all large private companies in Belgium (with more than 1000 employees). This year, 180 companies were on the list. In January 2023, Randstad collected the opinions of about 12 000 respondents, a reflection of the population aged between 18 and 65, via an online questionnaire.
