We’ll start with an initial chat, where we’ll talk about your background and the role itself, as well as your motivation to apply, schedule, compensation and more. This will be followed by a more formal interview, where we’ll speak about your experience and skills, the responsibilities and requirements for the position, as well as your ambitions.

You are who you are, and at TVH, we don’t have any specific dress codes. But if you want a bit more peace of mind, feel free to ask at your initial conversation what a person in your position might wear.

Similar to a normal interview, really. We just want to get to know you a bit better. Our platform of choice is Google Meet, so we can even help you set up the call if needed.

We’re looking for people that are not only a good fit for the team and the role, but also the wider company. So anything that can help us understand your professional skills, as well as what you’re like as a person, would be of relevance.

We’ll let you know right away if the application process includes a test. Depending on the role, you may need to prepare something for it. But don’t worry, we’ll make sure you have more than enough time to do it.

Typically, we try to reply to everyone within the space of two weeks. In some rare cases, it may take us slightly longer to decide. If you’re looking for an update, you can always head to the Contact Us page and message us directly.

It’s hard to put a specific timeframe on it, as each role is different. But we do try to limit the time needed for each application, so we can give you more clarity on the situation. If at any point you’d like an update, you can head to the Contact Us page and drop us a message.
