To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a part time Assistant Credit Controller.
Your role and responsibilities
Verification and completion of documents for credit risk analysis.
Supervision of customer payment terms and receivables in the context of credit risk.
Collection and allocation of receivables from the company's debtors on a daily basis.
Establishing credit terms for new customers.
Responding to customer inquiries.
Preparation of statements and reports.
Contact with customers and the sales team.
Contact with the legal department.
Active participation in month-end closing and audits.
Support other members of the wider Finance Team when requested.
How to succeed / Your profile
You have experience in accounting/credit control and/or in a customer oriented position.
You have a diplomatic and professional way of communicating, both spoken and written.
You know how to approach customers in a solution oriented way.
