Customer Integrations Business Specialist

Full-time |  eCommerce  | Location – Olathe, KS 66062

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Be a part of the Customer Integrations team, serving as a subject matter expert to enable seamless integrations with TVH.

  • Drive business growth through the integrated sales channel.

  • Onboard and support customers and partners throughout their entire integration journey to ensure successful connections between their ERP or webshops and TVH’s e-commerce systems.

  • Identify and analyze client needs to enhance the integration platform and expand the standard offering.

  • Evaluate ERP packages globally and explore new integration methods.

  • Maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and foster long-term collaboration.

  • Conduct and organize training sessions for clients and the sales organization.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external colleagues, offering guidance, motivation, and support on customer integrations.

Your Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in relevant domains.

  • Strong knowledge of customer integration technologies (e.g., EDI, API integrations, Punch-out).

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and logistics processes.

  • Experience with e-commerce development.

  • Strong interpersonal and commercial skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration across teams and functions.

  • Proven project management experience with strong planning, execution, and delivery capabilities.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business growth.

  • Comfortable working under pressure with a flexible and adaptable mindset.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
