Your Role and Responsibilities
Be a part of the Customer Integrations team, serving as a subject matter expert to enable seamless integrations with TVH.
Drive business growth through the integrated sales channel.
Onboard and support customers and partners throughout their entire integration journey to ensure successful connections between their ERP or webshops and TVH’s e-commerce systems.
Identify and analyze client needs to enhance the integration platform and expand the standard offering.
Evaluate ERP packages globally and explore new integration methods.
Maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and foster long-term collaboration.
Conduct and organize training sessions for clients and the sales organization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external colleagues, offering guidance, motivation, and support on customer integrations.
Your Profile
5-7 years of experience in relevant domains.
Strong knowledge of customer integration technologies (e.g., EDI, API integrations, Punch-out).
Proficient in Excel.
Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems and logistics processes.
Experience with e-commerce development.
Strong interpersonal and commercial skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration across teams and functions.
Proven project management experience with strong planning, execution, and delivery capabilities.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Comfortable working under pressure with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
