Our Facility department is responsible for overseeing and managing the EMEA physical environment of our organization. This includes ensuring that buildings, equipment, and other infrastructure are properly maintained, safe, and suitable for the organization's operations.

We are looking for a new Facility Project Manager to strengthen our team.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of several facility projects, including construction sites, renovations, and office expansions.

  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans.

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Prepare project cost estimates and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.

  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and in compliance with all quality standards.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, environmental standards, and company policies.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

  • Travel required (+/- 4X per year).

How to succeed / Your profile

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Building or Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management in a construction environment.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You always look ahead and anticipate on possible stumbling blocks further on in the implementation process.

  • Carefully in monitoring project progress, quality standards, and compliance with regulations, ensuring all deliverables meet company expectations and requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, and senior management. Ability to present project updates and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

  • Strong proficiency in Construction software (e.g. AutoCAD). Experience with BIM-software is a plus.

  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
