Your Role:

 The Application Support & Adoption Specialist will support the implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilization of eCommerce applications and marketing related components within the eCommerce and Marketing organization. This role focuses on enhancing user experience through training, support, and facilitating system integration across departments. The Application Support & Adoption Specialist will play a key role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies that support the eCommerce transformation.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • You provide first-line technical support for e-commerce and marketing internal applications, resolving user inquiries and collaborating with Product Owners to address issues effectively.

  • You create and deliver training programs that drive user adoption and enhance proficiency in new systems.

  • You develop and maintain clear and comprehensive user guides and training materials to support ongoing system use.

  • You collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless application integration and consistent practices.

  • You support the design and optimization of business processes and (new) capabilities related to eCommerce and marketing in collaboration with the project & process manager.

  • You support the change enablement and adoption to bring people together and ensure buy-in for the transformation on a global and local level

Your Profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or bring equivalent experience.

  • You bring at least 3 years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong focus on application support.

  • You handle challenges and resistance with a calm, adaptive approach and can pivot strategies when needed.

  • With the global reach of this position, your English skills are excellent.

  • You excel in team collaboration, fostering positive relationships and building networks.

  • You are tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools, and able to quickly adapt to new technologies to improve processes and outcomes.

  • You are hands-on, proactively seeking solutions and leveraging technology to streamline workflows and achieve goals.

  • You are open to occasional travel, up to 15% of the time.
