We have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Manager - Forks & Attachments, reporting to the Operations Director - APAC. This position will encompass the comprehensive management of staff, workshop operations, and compliance with Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
About the role
Oversees daily operations in workshop areas, including engineering, design, fabrication, and attachment manufacturing.
Analyse sales data to develop actionable business plans and strategies.
Working with the Product Development Manager to continuously improve the existing product range.
Upholding safety and quality standards.
Maintaining documentation for QA and WH&S.
Ensuring daily operations meet targets and schedules.
Optimizing workflow and driving production output.
About you - Skills, experience and qualifications
An appropriate Engineering Degree from an accredited tertiary institution.
At least 5 years of experience in a production engineering role within a manufacturing setting, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
An exceptional leader and team manager, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing operational team.
CAD Drawing experience would be an advantage.
Effective communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
