Employee Experience Program Lead
Full-time | Human Resources | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022
The Employee Experience Program Lead is responsible for implementing and managing efficient and effective people-centered programs, practices and processes, in order to offer an outstanding work experience to potential and existing staff in alignment with our We Are One values, our well-being program and the objectives outlined in our corporate strategic plan. Drives the design and development of effective new initiatives, overseeing activities and details, and measuring overall success along the stages of the employee journey.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute immersive activities in collaboration with the global Well-being and Internal Communication teams
Collaborate with the global Employee Experience and Internal Communications team to build and lead a thriving We are One community of ambassadors
Foster a positive, collaborative, inclusive work environment and positive working relationships with departments, employees and managers across the organization
Assist in promotion and outreach efforts in order to increase participation in employee events and programs
Lead project meetings to discuss progress and maximize productivity
Collaborate with the cross functional Employee Experience Management (EEM) Committee and provide support with the coordination of tasks relating to the governance of the EEM process,
Generate financial reports and records for all program-related expenses
Oversee the daily operational, and logistical activities of programs and events
Manage program participation through adequate feedback system that consistently measures program success
Maintain consistent communication with external vendors and organizers
HOW TO SUCCEED
Bachelor degree or training experience in Human Resources, Communications and/or Marketing with a demonstrated interest and desire to learn in the area of Employee Experience Management
Must possess a minimum of 2 years work experience and a proven track record in a similar position with demonstrated experience in coordinating activities and events
Prior experience managing corporate wellbeing and/or employee engagement programs desired
Prior experience in applying project and change management practices desired
Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrates excellent research, analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrates superior organizational, time management and follow up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
