2025 Summer Intern
Full-time | Human Resources | Onsite | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022
Work closely with Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, or other teams to complete real time impactful projects over the summer of 2025. Learn about the functions and responsibilities of the department of focus while learning the overall company culture.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn about, participate and assist with planning new employee orientation
Assist with planning and coordination for departmental and company projects based on departmental needs
Learn how to navigate the various systems used within the organization to complete given project
Complete various assigned projects that will have a direct impact on your department and the organization
May assist with job fair and/or recruitment event planning and participation
HOW TO SUCCEED
Demonstrates organizational, time management and follow up skills
Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and demonstrate a desire to collaborate effectively with others
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Demonstrates basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrates understanding of Google Mail and Calendar
Ability to learn, understand and apply proficiency with web based software navigation
