We develop future-proof IoT  solutions for optimal fleet performance management in multiple domains such as: track & trace, operational efficiency, security & safety and service & maintenance. We offer cloud-based solutions and the necessary hardware components to intelligently gather and enrich data from industrial equipment to streamline fleet management related processes.

To support the rapid growth of GemOne, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager EMEA.

We're seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager EMEA to spearhead new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll be the driving force behind expanding our market presence by bringing in new equipment dealers, rental companies, and end-customers across EMEA.

Key Focus:

  • Hunter Mindset: Proactively identify and acquire new customers through a hands-on, strategic approach.

  • Collaboration is Key: Work closely with our Client Experience and Technical Account Management teams to ensure seamless IoT solution delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Empower the Network: Coordinate and leverage dedicated GemOne Business Development Managers and the TVH Sales network to achieve regional targets.

  • Digital Growth Expertise: Leverage your experience in growing SaaS or IoT businesses to drive adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in new customer acquisition, expanding our reach across EMEA.

  • Foster strong partnerships with Client Experience and Technical Account Management to ensure successful IoT solution implementation.

  • Guide and support dedicated Business Development Managers and the TVH Sales network to maximize sales potential.

  • Drive direct sales and empower indirect sales channels through effective marketing, sales pitches, and dealer enablement programs.

  • Identify and develop global rollout opportunities.

  • Stay ahead of the competition by gathering market intelligence and providing insights to product and development teams.

  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records for effective sales funnel management and reporting.

Your profile:

  • Proven track record in hunting sales and new customer acquisition, particularly in the digital/SaaS/IoT space.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong understanding of GemOne solutions and their value proposition

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and channels

  • Passion for driving growth and exceeding targets

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.

  • Must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing with customers in English and at least 1 additional “main” language: French / German / Spanish / Dutch

  • Flexible international traveler
