Digital Marketing Specialist
Full-time | Marketing | Location – Olathe, KS 66062
We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will have hands-on involvement in key digital marketing tactics such as SEO, paid media, and marketing automation, helping to elevate our brand presence and deliver measurable business results. You’ll play a key role in growing our customer base and guiding digital marketing activities for the Americas.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate business & commercial objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies in order to drive relevant traffic towards our websites with a focus on new customer acquisition.
Manage search engine optimization efforts, ensuring visibility and engagement across relevant markets.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, and social media channels, with a focus on maximizing performance and ROI.
Use automation tools to nurture leads and streamline customer acquisition and retention workflows.
Serve as the primary digital marketing contact for Americas leadership, ensuring strategies align with business objectives. Work closely with specialists on your team as well as regional marketing leads to adapt and regionalize strategies, guiding U.S.-based marketing teams in digital best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and report on website and campaign performances using analytics tools.
Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing tactics with a clear focus of driving results on a global scale.
Technical Skills: A good understanding and relevant experience in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, META, LinkedIn, SEO tools (ex. Semrush). A first experience in marketing automation platforms (ex. Marigold, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
Global Perspective: Experience with digital marketing channels across multiple regions with an understanding of cultural nuances and market-specific strategies.
Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies. A good understanding and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a must.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to different stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.

Ability to work independently and effectively as the only U.S.-based team member.
