YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate and maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to promote and support business initiatives, ensuring annual outside call objectives are met.
Address and resolve service-related issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process orders using our internal software system and IRMN systems based on customer requests via phone, fax, mail, and email.
Update and maintain customer information in our internal software and Customer Resource Management (CRM) program.
Inform management of current market trends and customer-specific insights.
Ensure all contract pricing is accurate and updated with managerial approval.
Provide timely updates for customers with special sales goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting and exceeding customer needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Attend relevant trade events to represent the company and build relationships.
Foster a collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues with tasks aligned with company objectives.
HOW TO SUCCEED
We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
Post-secondary education in a business-related field is preferred.
Fluency in both English and French is required.
2-3 years of proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Gmail.
Must demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive), and Adobe Suite is necessary.
