We co-create cloud-based solutions and the necessary hardware components to gather data from industrial equipment, which our customers then use to streamline their industrial fleet management. Your role and responsibilities
Right now we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our amazing team in Kortrijk. This role plays an integral function in all internal and external customer support needs in the pre-sale, sale and post-sale customer life cycle.
What else does it involve?
Provide first line assistance in handling customer support tickets related to installation, software as well as non-technical issues.
Facilitate customer onboardings and (re)trainings.
Assist with all (non-)warranty related product returns and credits.
Assist in continuous process improvements & tooling implementation projects in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.
Assist in the management of inventory stock levels and replenishment of orders.
Assist in creating a culture of cross-functional collaboration while breaking down departmental or functional silos.
Assist in the management of the order-to-cash flow in terms of internal support (sales, technical support, accounting…) & external customer support (order confirmations, order entries, order logistics and invoicing).
How to succeed
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree level.
2+ years’ experience in Technical Service roles.
Willing to travel on a regular basis (30%) in Europe.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to learn.
A flexible attitude, but you are also a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
Fluent in English and in French. Any other language is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, result oriented and a sense of responsibility.
A problem solving attitude and aptitude.
Affinity with technology/software
