HR Intern

Summer Intern 

Full-time | Various departments| Location – Olathe, KS, 66022 

Works closely with Human Resources team members and others in your area of study.  Learns about the functions and responsibilities of HR, Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering and more based on your qualifications and interest.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn about, participate and assist with planning various projects within your given department.

• Assist with planning and coordination for departmental and company training sessions.

• Learn how to navigate various programs and systems used across the company.

• Shadow and assist others in your discipline on daily tasks.

HOW TO SUCCEED

• Demonstrates organizational, time management and follow up skills

• Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and demonstrate a desire to collaborate effectively with others

• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

• Demonstrates basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

• Demonstrates understanding of Google Mail and Calendar

• Ability to learn, understand and apply proficiency with web based software navigation
