TVH is looking for temporary support for our HR team in Novara.
Your role and responsibility:
You will support the payroll and administration process with the following tasks:
fill in the monthly report of daily attendance per employee;
fill in of the contracts of all employees and their documents;
provide our 3rd party payroll provider with all the needed information in order to do the mandatory communications;
first point of contact for information for the employees;
planning and schedule for education courses;
manage Rydoo and do the payments for expense notes;
all the administrative tasks for personnel activities - e.g. payroll payments;
support the payroll office with all the documents for tax declarations;
support HR Belgium for all the information required;
How to succeed / your profile:
you are immediately available for 2 or 3 days per week for this temporary assignment of 2-3 months;
your experience in payroll and HR administration allows you to quickly support our colleagues;
next to Italian, you have a fluent knowledge of English for the communication with HQ;
