We are looking for a skilled Communications Specialist to create, manage, and distribute high-quality content that aligns with our TVH brand identity and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and planning skills, a strong understanding of media relations, and a proactive approach to communication initiatives. This new position plays a key role in increasing the TVH brand awareness and perception. You will report directly to the Global Corporate Communications Lead, based in Kansas (US).

Your role and responsibilities
Content Creation & Distribution: Draft, edit, and distribute high-quality communication materials, both global and market-specific. Develop press releases, newsletters, reports, speeches, presentations, and web content that reflect the company’s brand and goals.
Media Relations & Public Relations (PR): Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, preparing briefing materials and coordinating interviews. Maintain and nurture relationships with journalists and industry media outlets to enhance media outreach efforts.
Crisis Communication Support: Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans. Provide timely and accurate information during crises to mitigate risks and maintain stakeholder trust.
Sponsorships & Events: Plan and execute communication strategies for corporate sponsorships, local events, public announcements, and press conferences. Handle logistics and provide media and PR support for events.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Recommend innovative content strategies to keep the company’s communications relevant and engaging.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, the Experience Center, and other teams to ensure aligned and consistent communication efforts across the organization.
Measurement & Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of communication activities using relevant metrics. Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations to the Corporate Communications Manager for continuous improvement.
Your profile
Master or bachelor degree in languages
5+ years of expertise in communication
Proven experience in public relations, communications and advertising.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Experience in cross-departmental stakeholder management.
Knowledge of SEO and SEA best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities with media and internal teams.
A minimum analytical mindset with experience measuring the impact of communication initiatives.
Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
