Accounts Specialist – Corp Accts, USA Sales

Full-time | Sales  | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022 

Manage and maintain the OEM  Aftermarket / Competitor / Specific Portal Customers within Corporate Accounts

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain relationships with  Account representatives

  • Receive and accurately enter order requests 

  • Maintain accurate ship dates and back order lead times

  • Communicate order issues such as pricing discrepancies and delivery interruptions

  • Identify areas of growth opportunity to be discussed and reviewed with Corporate Accounts Manager

  • Assist customer with claims, pricing requests, lead times, or otherwise general customer service related requests

  • Provide sales data and other related reports upon request

  • Duties deemed necessary by Corporate Accounts Manager or other members of the USA Sales Management Team

HOW TO SUCCEED

  • Minimum of one year work experience performing substantially similar essential functions 

  • Minimum of one year customer service experience 

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint including typing a minimum of 50 words per minute 

  • Intermediate proficiency using Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar

  • Proficiency navigating and assisting others with navigating web based software systems 

  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrates effective organizational, time management and follow up skills and able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks 

  • Team oriented, with a positive attitude and able to  collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
