TVH Wins Linkedin Talent Award

On 29 March, TVH won a trophy at the LinkedIn Talent Awards that took place in Brussels. LinkedIn presents this international award to the company in Belgium and Luxembourg that invests the most in the growth of their employees. 

TVH was selected as a finalist in the category 'Learning Champion'. With the award, LinkedIn recognises companies that invest in the learning and development of their employees by connecting them with relevant and applicable skills. 

FOCUS ON TALENT MANAGEMENT 

With more than 1100 employees worldwide on LinkedIn Learning, TVH came out on top. Koen Mathys (Talent Development Manager) and Peter Geiregat (Chief People Officer) received the award. 

LinkedIn Learning is part of TVH University, which focuses on helping employees grow in their jobs. TVH's mission 'TVH keeps you going & growing', applies not only to external customers but also to its employees. TVH's training programmes have brought exceptional benefits to both employees and the organisation. 

Thanks to the programmes, employee satisfaction and engagement increased tremendously. This led to better bonding and attracting high-quality candidates. "We strongly invest in internal talent. When a new vacancy is published, our employees get the first chance to apply. That way, a third of the positions are filled. LinkedIn Learning supports employees in preparing for a new position, or when expanding the job content," says Koen Mathys (Talent Development Manager).
