Job Description- Technical Data Executive

Goal of the Position- Support different technical teams by working on projects from different business units 

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for Technical documentation support in order to achieve pre-set targets of the dept. Managing the requests coming via the mailbox, Digitalising books, documents, drawings etc. Prepare a cross-list of part numbers by viewing the diagrams from Manuals and comparing them.

• Preparing the kits received in Action items and also via e-mails, Correction of Missing nos.(new nos.) files received.

• Prepare a library list of Manuals as per the existing database in the system to have up to date set of technical information. Making of Filter list as per the parts book. Comparing of parts manuals of different versions. Amending technical data for a range of products.

• Country of Origin- Adding declaration from the supplier in the supplier sheet and updating the system accordingly. Handling pricelist of promotional categories, scanning of engineering drawings, and updating them in the system.

• Manage and keep up to date of all sorts of technical documentation of a selected forklift brand or product range in the database. This happens in close cooperation with colleagues to have the most extensive dataset.

• Detecting and completing technical data for spare parts in the TVH sales application to always have access to the most up-to-date set of technical information.

• Adding on new data and amending existing data within the search engine (My Parts Finder), to allow customers access to an up-to-date online search engine.

• Being responsible for transforming technical data out of all kinds of data sources. This is a specific way so the data can be used in the TVH system.

• Being responsible for working on different projects received from our different business units. Model Cross, Technical Information Portal – Agricultural parts and Accessories, Master list – Equipment Library Corrections Project.

Desired Experience & Knowledge

Bachelor of Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering with 60% aggregate marks
