Functie inhoud

As Global UX/UI Lead, you are the forefront of designing the excellent user experience for our
customers, suppliers and employees. You understand who our users are, their abilities, their
preferences and let them easily navigate and order on our web platforms.


 Responsible for the build phase and setting up Digital Design as a core capability in the
team, in accordance with agile and design-thinking principles
 Participate in defining the creative direction and managing agencies
 Perform end-user research in order to assess the exact context and requirements of the
envisioned end-user
 Create concepts and translate them into wireframes to design services and user experiences
based on user research in accordance with the style guides and guidelines
 Optimize co-create, evaluate and test continuously together with targeted end-users while
designing solutions. Organize this in a sustainable way so that a continuous ‘voice of the
user’ soundboard is put in place
 Create and maintain the TVH UX style guides to ensure a consistent visual design
throughout all our digital touchpoints
 Coach, motivate and develop the Digital Design team digital hub, VoC team, project
leaders, functional analysts and developers by providing follow-up and guidance during
implementation of new or modified solutions in order to guarantee a fluent and qualitative
execution of the project
 You report to the global digital & tech manager


 Master degree or equivalent by experience
 +5 years of experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of design principles and
analytical tools (especially SEO and Google analytics)
 Knowledge of the MarTech landscape and B2B & B2C e-commerce experience
 Experience with responsive design
 Understanding of coding, e.g. HTML, CSS, javascript, jQuery
 Knowledge of end-user research methodology
 Project management: organization, prioritization, allocation, alignment, conclusion
validation and next steps
 Tooling: Hotjar, A/B-testing and other relevant customer feedback tools
 Creative mindset in combination with strong analytical en communication skills
 Customer focused and strong people competencies
