We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Value Realization Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to optimize value creation for our stakeholders and our company.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Examine diverse data sets to pinpoint opportunities for value creation. 

  • Implement and share value realization frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute value realization initiatives. 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of value realization strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases 

  • Identifying crucial KPIs to track the value creation

  • Work together with business, BI & finance and KPI owners  

    • to track the progress of KPIs

    • including analyses of variances 

    • work together to initiate corrective actions

Your profile:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Taking initiative on how to meet the result areas

  • Stakeholder management
