
Full-time | Sales | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022
Subject matter expert to facilitate learning of systems and processes for greater understanding of our customers, industries we serve and business operations. You will serve as the intermediary between IT, the Corporate Training Department and the Americas sales departments to gain and share knowledge regarding systems and applications.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
Develop training goals and measurements for all sales departments.
Identify department training needs.
Organize and coordinate the onboarding of new team members and the continuing education of existing team members.
Provide basic training in the systems and applications used within all sales departments.
Create, modify and train on work instructions as well as sales department processes under guidance of department managers
Act as the first line of knowledge and expertise on all applications for the department to answer system questions and report system problems.
Act as liaison between sales departments and other departments.
Collaborate with other trainers across the organization to assess impact of changes to processes.
Offer suggestions to improve processes and/or systems.
Ability to travel to TVH locations consistently and to other industry related destinations as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
HOW TO SUCCEED

1 year or more experience with training or instructing others
Must be bilingual
Must demonstrate the ability to interpret learning styles and adjust training delivery
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently
Demonstrates effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to format and present complex information in an easily understood manner
Demonstrates a commitment to quality through a high level of detail and accuracy in performance
Must demonstrate the ability to perform or have performed every major task in the department.
