Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, developing and delivering sales tools/content that supports conversations throughout our sales journey
Ensure that new and existing salespeople are trained in a structured and standardised way in line with our EMEA standards.
Actively promoting the sales enablement tools(for example showpad) in the organisation, and measuring their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Build a 'coalition of the willing' within EMEA teams and beyond. Being perceived by the organisation as the authority for all sales enablement matters.
Gain project trust from the different teams so as to build the necessary cooperation.
Being deeply embedded in the EMEA organisation you are able to detect pain points, propose solutions and roll them out.
Preferred Qualifications
Multiple years of relevant sales enablement experience
in-depth experience and proven success coaching inside sales teams
You have a very good knowledge of English and preferably speak Dutch
You have an organisational mindset and you get things done
