Your role and responsibilities

As a Marketing Project Coordinator at TVH Parts, your primary responsibility will be to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects and campaigns. You will work closely with the global marketing team lead for strategic markets to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Assist in creating briefings (creative & guidelines). Translate a project planning in concrete steps.

  • Coordination: Follow-up on the projects tasks, liaising with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges, providing creative solutions to meet project objectives.

  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues. Keep all stakeholders informed of project status.

  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and track project expenses. Ensure projects stay within budget and report any deviations to the marketing manager.

  • Asset Coordination: Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets, such as graphics, content, and promotional materials, to support various campaigns and projects.

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, advertising, and events. Using tools such as Selligent and SFDC Mkt Cloud for email marketing, Showpad for Sales Enablement, DAM & CMS systems.

  • Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project briefs, status reports, and meeting notes. Ensure all project files are organized and accessible to the team.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on marketing materials and communications to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines and initial briefing.

  • Reporting & tracking: Assist in the reporting of campaigns based on pre-set targets, by gathering all data to measure the effectiveness and aligning with marketing performance data teams. Using tools such as Tableau & Google Analytics.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

How to succeed / Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.

  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English and a good knowledge of French.

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management, with a focus on marketing projects.

  • Strong organizational, operational and time management skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and common marketing tools like a CMS, DAM, email marketing & Sales Enablement tool.

  • Understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
