Functie inhoud

Initiate and develop a program around learning and coaching within the sales department in collaboration with the Business

You will be part of the Sales team, this role is not situated in the HR - L&D department 

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop a vision on learning and coaching in collaboration with the teams and management.


  • Based on input from the business, formulate proposals for the creation of new courses and training programs (business case and budget)


  • Responsible for evangelizing training offerings within the department in order to roll it out further towards all departments and teams in order to

           thereby achieving departmental objectives


  • Coach and develop his/her trainers and team members in order to maximise and develop competences, skills and know-how and work as a well-functioning team.


  • Follow training courses on business-related topics in order to be able to give the training courses in-house




  • Multiple years of relevant experience in a L&D Function.

  • You are a strong HR professional focused on achieving results.

  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English

  • You have an organisational mindset and you think along
