Initiate and develop a program around learning and coaching within the sales department in collaboration with the Business
You will be part of the Sales team, this role is not situated in the HR - L&D department
Key Responsibilities
Develop a vision on learning and coaching in collaboration with the teams and management.
Based on input from the business, formulate proposals for the creation of new courses and training programs (business case and budget)
Responsible for evangelizing training offerings within the department in order to roll it out further towards all departments and teams in order to
thereby achieving departmental objectives
Coach and develop his/her trainers and team members in order to maximise and develop competences, skills and know-how and work as a well-functioning team.
Follow training courses on business-related topics in order to be able to give the training courses in-house
Profiel
Multiple years of relevant experience in a L&D Function.
You are a strong HR professional focused on achieving results.
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English
You have an organisational mindset and you think along
