Data Process Specialist

Position:

TVH Innovatis is a multi-year transformation program intended to implement scalable global processes enabled by future-proof technology in order to support the further growth of TVH. 

The data management stream is part of this program and aims to redesign and shape our data governance processes and capabilities. To make the data program a success, a shift of mindset is required in order to step away from departmental thinking and to move towards end-to-end process thinking on all key data elements.

TVH would like to hire 4 Business Process Owners Data (“BPO Data”) who have an in-depth understanding of data management and process thinking. 

As a Business Process Owner, you will focus on the following tasks:

• You will support the design of the future Master Data Management processes, starting with a detailed as-is assessment and driving the process documentation. 

• You will be responsible for the data model, lifecycle management processes, data governance processes and data quality for one or more data domains (e.g. Item, Product, Equipment, Supplier, ...). 

• You will handle data governance requests (e.g. creation of new possible values, updates to rules...), in function of the needs, and define the options taking into account the impact across the different processes and systems.

• You will be responsible for implementing a data quality framework to ensure that the quality of the data is guaranteed at all times. 

• You will document policies & procedures, data model, data standards, etc and make these available to internal and external stakeholders.

• You will serve as primary liaison between the TVH business stakeholders and IT and solicit input and confirm that the design satisfies the requirements and is fit-for-purpose, aiming for globalisation, standardization and quality.

• You collaborate closely with GPO Data and TVH Innovatis BPO’s to shape consistent to-be data processes across TVH End to End Processes.

• You align with global key (data) stakeholders within the organization and more specifically with the TVH Data Organization.

• You support the change enablement and adoption to bring people together and ensure buy-in for the transformation on a global and local level.

Profile:

• You have obtained a relevant Master’s degree, for example in Economics, Business, IT, Engineering or a Science related field

• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in master data acquired in a complex and preferably international environment

• Given the global scope of the position, you have a perfect oral and written knowledge of English and knowledge Dutch is an asset

• You are decisive, hands-on, analytical, accurate, result-oriented and driven to get things done.

• You have a talent for conceptual and abstract thinking

• You are able to handle resistance in a calm, measured way and are willing to recalibrate the plan if necessary.

• You are able to multitask and are a creative problem-solver.

• You have strong organizational and excellent communication skills.

• You are a team player and are strong in building relationships and in stakeholder management.
