1143 - Business Process Analyst (BPA)

Full-time | Human Resources | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022

A TVH Business Process Analyst (BPA) supports the design of the future end-to-end process template. You will be co-responsible for the TO-BE process design and drive the process documentation for the processes within the area of expertise.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Process Analyst will support with TVH stakeholder management, will co-facilitate process design workshops/meetings (functional and in cross functional) and will support synchronizing the plans.

Co-facilitate change enablement and adoption by bringing people together and ensuring buy-in for the transformation on a global, regional and local level.

Designing future end-to-end processes within domain of expertise.

Support in Project Management in order to deliver the to-be processes within the domain of expertise.

HOW TO SUCCEED

Education

Master Degree in functional domain or similar

Experience

Deep understanding of your expertise area and TVH business specifics within this area

Desired years of experience:

0-3 years of relevant experience in the domain

Experience working within functional domain in international environment is a plus
