CRO Specialist

Full-time |  Global eCommerce | Location – Olathe, KS, 66062

In Global UX, we are transforming every aspect of how our users will engage with our brand worldwide. And with this evolution comes the challenge of expanding our team and processes to craft dynamite experiences throughout our Omnichannel & Marketing Experience organization. We are seeking an ambitious CRO Specialist who will report to the Global Lead of UX to extend our experimentation team to enable us to ask more questions about what users need.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

  • Design, Execute, Analyze: Develop and manage A/B tests and optimization experiments with precision and creativity, interpreting data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.

  • Craft Compelling Content: Create persuasive and engaging content, including micro-content, tailored to diverse audience segments, driving conversions and enhancing user experience.

  • Communicate Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with digital marketing, UX design, and development teams to implement and test new ideas and strategies.

  • Monitor and Adapt: Continuously monitor the performance of online experiments and make necessary adjustments to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO, digital marketing, and user experience.

  • Embrace Ambiguity and Strive to Bring Order to Unknowns: Be incredibly comfortable with diving into the ambiguous to shed light daily.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a CRO role with a strong background in writing and creating A/B tests in Optimizely.

  • Proficient in data analysis and interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and conversion optimization principles.

  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., MixPanel, Google Analytics) and data visualization tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in the B2B eCommerce sector.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

  • Familiarity with additional experimentation platforms and methodologies.
