We co-create cloud-based solutions and the necessary hardware components to gather data from industrial equipment, which our customers then use to streamline their industrial fleet management. In a nutshell, we make technology that helps companies look after their industrial machinery and business better — we enable them to work safer and more efficiently, and save time and money.

As a business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving key projects and initiatives, optimizing our way of working, and ensuring data-driven decision-making . You will work closely with the management team, providing strategic support and acting as a bridge between functions to ensure alignment and execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage high-impact projects from conception to completion, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment with company goals and objectives (for example; manage launch of new solutions, structure and formalize a partner enablement program, …). 

• Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows and increasing efficiency (for example; analyze the technical support requests to reduce the volume of requests, …) 

• Performance Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track commercial, operational and financial progress (for example; set up commercial opportunity monitoring dashboard, build revenue forecast model, …)

• Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and external customers

• Management Support: Provide support to the management team on various strategic initiatives, including board presentations and meeting coordination.

Your profile: 

• Masters degree or equivalent by experience.

• +4 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis, as project manager or consultant 

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
