As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for developing and executing the omnichannel marketing plan for your region. You tailor the DACH marketing plan according to the needs of your region and you combine it with local marketing activities & needs, in close cooperation with your regional sales management.
Your role and responsibilities
You are the single point of contact and owner of the regional marketing action plan & allocated regional budget.
As an expert of your region, you have a good understanding of your local market (both online as offline) and the respective customer needs, as well as regional trends, competition and customer network structure.
To keep in touch with your audience, you help organize and actively participate in local sales events & visits and you are responsible for growing and expanding your regional customer database.
You analyze, follow-up and report on the impact from your marketing activities, and you continuously adapt your approach to ensure maximizing the return on marketing investment, growth in customer numbers, turnover and profitability within your region.
How to succeed / Your profile
Minimum 5 years working experience, at least 3 years in a marketing role.
Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German.
Experience in a B2B environment is an asset. Affinity with the technical sector and products is a plus.
Affinity with the DACH market is a plus.
Knowledge of or proven experience in marketing, good knowledge of marketing tactics & best practices.
Experience with marketing tools & software (Selligent, Salesforce, Excel and Tableau).
Analytical thinker with understanding of marketing metrics and how to assess them.
You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You are a positive problem solver and you ensure quality and accuracy.
You are communicative and can give pushback.
