Job Summary


Within the Corporate Development department, the Project Management Office (PMO) team
has the task of managing corporate projects.

As Project Management Office (PMO) Manager you take the lead in developing project
management methodology and tools that can be used across multiple projects. Besides you
implement strategic projects within a department (e.g. Sales, Logistics, Finance, ..) or
transversally (across different departments).
The projects are in the area of strategic- or digital transformation, business project
optimization or IT implementation with an international scope.

In this role, you make a difference in defining and steering the evolution of the PMO function
within TVH having a global positive impact.

Key Responsibilities


● Design and set up the project management methodology for TVH
● Lead the integration of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
● Develop organizational project management capabilities, support and coach the
project managers
● Build a strong project management community, enhance collaboration within the
teams, provide guidance and training to project managers
● Define and implement your specific projects (scope, business case, milestones,
budget etc) and follow them closely
● Ensure that projects are managed according to the approved project plan
● Drive improvement actions, report on progress and manage risks/issues in alignment
with various stakeholders to ensure that projects meet requirements
● Follow up on the evolutions in the domain of project management, portfolio management
relevant for TVH
● Report to the Director Program and Project Management

Preferred Qualifications


● Master degree (commercial engineer, economic sciences, civil engineer, law, … ) or
equivalent with min 7 years of relevant experience
● Experienced in project, program and change management, PMO certified
● Skilled in managing stakeholders at different levels (jr-sr) and business domains
(logistics, manufacturing, services, and sales) both operational and strategic
● Natural connector with ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and
● Effective communication with good coaching and training skills
● Strong business interest and acumen
● Ability to work in fast paced international environment
● Fluent in Dutch and English
● Willingness to travel
