TVH is a market leader in the aftermarket distribution of parts and accessories for materials handling, agricultural, and construction equipment globally and in Australia.
About the Role
As a member of our pricing team, in this role your main responsibility will be to provide prompt responses to pricing enquiries that come from sales quotes. In addition to this, you will need an eye for detail and have a flare for numbers as you create and maintain pricing lists and assist with profiling our customers.
Responsibilities Include
- Replying to pricing enquiries that come from sales quotes and for which a prompt response is required
- Assisting in creation and maintenance of customer contracts, making sure they are up to date and making changes when necessary
- Customer profiling
- Assisting in maintaining discount structures
- Alerting the business of underlying pricing anomalies and trends
- Preparing sales price analysis for adjustments and improvements
- Assisting with pricing projects
About you – Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Ability to deal with high volume time-critical tasks
- Commercial acumen, ability to understand commercial drivers to make a profit
- Sound computer systems and data analysis skills, including the use of internal systems for which full training will be provided
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office with excel being of most importance or the ability and desire to quickly learn new skills
- Numeracy skills, an interest in numbers will be beneficial
- High level of attention to detail
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Salesforce experience is desirable but not necessary
