We're looking for an Exchange Business Coordinator to join our TVH Exchange team, within the ecommerce domain of TVH. Your role is pivotal to drive  business growth for TVH through customer integrations.

Your responsibilities include providing both TVH business insight and in depth technical guidance to our customers and partners during integration of their ERP or self-developed webshop with the TVH ecommerce systems.

Additionally, you'll capture the needs to enhance our TVH integration platform, delivering the necessary technology to enable our growth objectives.

The goal of Team Exchange, located on the e-commerce business side of TVH, is crystal clear: "Make it easy to integrate with TVH and grow business". This objective is built upon two key strategic pillars:

Proposing a comprehensive global integration platform that facilitates various customer integrations through API, EDI, Punchout, File Sharing…

Activating our e-commerce integrated sales channel to boost revenue through these integrations.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Become part of the Exchange subject matter experts team that make integration with TVH happen.

  • Drive business through this integrated sales channel.

  • Onboard and support our customers, but also partners throughout their entire integration journey with TVH, to ensure their ERP or Webshop gets connected with TVH's e-commerce systems.

  • Capture the needs for our integration platform to meet client needs efficiently and identify ERP packages globally to integrate with. 

  • Analyze new ways of integration, customer requests to extend our standard offering.

  • Maintain relationships with key clients/prospects/partners to gather feedback and nurture long-term relationships.

  • Conduct and organize client and sales organization training.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal/external colleagues, offering guidance, motivation, and assistance regarding customer integrations.

How to succeed / Your profile

  • 3-5 years years of experience in relevant domains.

  • Knowledgeable about customer integration technologies (e.g., EDI, API integrations, Punchout).

  • Used to work in Excel.

  • Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems, logistics.

  • experience with ecommerce development.

  • Good interpersonal and commercial skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in project management with strong planning, execution and delivery skills.

  • Creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving growth.

  • You are used to working under pressure and take on a flexible attitude.

  • You have a good sense of taking responsibility and initiative.
